The rental includes:
- Use of the Event Hall
- Use of chairs, tables, and table runners
BOOKING POLICY
To secure a booking, a $150 deposit is required. Receipt of this deposit confirms the reservation.
- The deposit is applied toward the total rental amount
- The full rental balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event date
- Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 4 weeks or more before event: $50 deduction from deposit
- 2 to 4 weeks before event: $100 deduction from deposit
- Less than 2 weeks before event: Deposit forfeited in full
EVENT END TIME (MANDATORY CURFEW)
All events must end by 10:00 PM (Central Time).
This includes:
- Music stop time
- Guest departure
- Cleanup completion
- Vacating the premises
Any time beyond 10:00 PM will incur overtime charges. Failure to vacate may result in event termination and forfeiture of deposit. This rule is strictly enforced.
SETUP AND CLEANUP TIME
- Rental time includes setup and cleanup
- Early access or extended time requires prior approval
- Additional time will be charged separately
SPACE USAGE & CARE
- All furniture and equipment must be used responsibly
- Space must only be used for approved event purposes
- Any damage will be charged for repair or replacement
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
- Parties/Celebrations: Food allowed
- Dance/Fitness Classes: Only water permitted
- Corporate Meetings: Packaged or catered food only
FURNITURE & SETUP REQUIREMENT
- Chairs, tables, and equipment must be returned to original positions after use
CLEANUP REQUIREMENTS
Renter must:
- Remove all trash, decorations, and personal items
- Leave restrooms clean and undamaged
- Dispose of waste in designated bins
Failure to comply may result in deductions from deposit.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT CONDITIONS
Deposit will be refunded within 2 working days after the event, provided all conditions are met:
- Clean space maintained → $100 deduction if not met
- No damage to walls, paint, mirrors, or property → minimum $150 deduction if damaged, additional charges will be levied for repair or replacement.
- Furniture returned to original position → $50 deduction if not met
- Trash properly disposed → $50 deduction if not met
DAMAGE AND REPAIRS
Renter is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, guests, or vendors.
- Artuforia will repair and charge cost + 15% administrative fee
- Loss of use of space or equipment will be charged to renter
ARTWORK PROTECTION POLICY
All artwork within Artuforia is strictly protected.
- Guests are NOT permitted to touch, move, or handle any paintings or wall artwork
- Guests must maintain a safe distance from all artwork at all times
- Leaning on walls or approaching artwork too closely is strictly prohibited
- Any damage, staining, or interference will result in full repair or replacement charges
Violation may result in immediate termination of the event and forfeiture of deposit.
PARTIES INVOLVING MINORS
- Adult supervision is required at all times
- No unattended minors are allowed on premises
ALCOHOL POLICY (STRICT)
In accordance with Texas law:
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises
- Artuforia does not hold a TABC license
- No alcohol may be brought, served, or consumed
Violations will result in immediate termination of the event and forfeiture of deposit.
LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Artuforia Inc., its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the facility, except in cases of gross negligence by management.
ADDITIONAL RULES
- Access only during reserved time; vacate by 10:00 PM
- No open flames, gas cooking, or heat-producing equipment indoors
- Smoking, vaping, drugs and gambling are strictly prohibited
- Music must not exceed 75 decibels and must not disturb neighboring businesses
OCCUPANCY LIMIT
Maximum occupancy is 47 persons, strictly limited to the pre-agreed guest count.
Renter is responsible for compliance with all safety and fire regulations.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Security cameras may be used in open/common areas for safety and security.
No cameras are installed in restrooms.
